Spaceship is the subject of pride and ambition for all the Russians, moreover it is a subject in which many of the now-how latest innovations has been recently realized and put into life. Therefore, propaganda and demonstration of the mentioned items in the special sphere of space exploration could certainly gain the considerable effect in promoting the vista and forming a selfconscience for that part of Russian youngsters who are interested and oriented towards the area.

      In other words, the construction of the Museum park complex "COSMOS" is paving the way for establishing human knowledge about spaceship and solve the problem of actualizing of our national potential in the perspective sphere.

      The museum park complex is offered to be placed onto the territory of the little garden located on the area of the former dacha house and milk farm of L. Benua and partly on the area of GNC RF CNIII RTK. Total area of the complex nearly 20 ga, the approximate visiting of the complex nearly 2 000 000 persons per year.

      The main idea of the Museum park complex "COSMOS" is the converging of scientific, explorative, entertaining and business items of the complex into one total organism, the attempt to create a building of attraction for actions, walking and having entertainment of both informative kind and relaxation that provides for the unforgettable impressions.

      Composition of the Museum park complex "COSMOS" is built upon the idea of "the town in the city" and consists of the general volume (which contains the museum of aero-space technologies, the park for entertainment, the 5-hall cinema theater, the center for relaxation, the trading center) added by the supplementary volume of the hotel containing the congress hall. The latest is offered to be constructed in a shape of the tower "Tulip" with the wide panorama restaurant on the roof traditionally regarded as the main compositional dominant in the architectural exterior of the following area.

      The main volume of the socalled biomorphological forms covered with a silvery metal is composed onto the ground basement at the level of +3 000. The abstract and somehow flowing effect of the building exterior can evoke for the various associations of the spectator, as, f.e. the silvery cloud, an aerostat, an alien spaceship, the enormous drop of water…

      The entrance space in the complex is located at the south-western part by the crossroad of the Svetlanovskiy and the Tihoretskiy avenues. The front door to the complex is marked by the run out metallic and the glass tower, the kinetic composition "The Synchronous flight" within (three synchronously waving air crafts Su-30, Yak-40, Mig-29) serving as the beginning of the museum exposition and the entrance room either.

      Moving by means of escalators, elevators and staircases we arrive at the next levels of the complex and the following park of entertainment. In the park we are facing upon the reconstructed dacha - house of L. Benua, standing among the laser wood, and exploring it we observe certain views onto the unearthly landscapes.

      Further, after we pass over galleries with the interactive projection of images on the walls, ceilings and floor, we are visiting "The Center of preparation of astronauts" (attracting simulators), then the attracting entertainment show "The space journey" (flying over "the American hills" bearing the interactive glasses which create the effect of an interplanet journey), 4 - D cinema hall for 150-200 persons (The hall contains the volume screen and the armchairs equipped by the special effects imitating wind, rain, moving at the open space), then the entertainment show " Shot into space" imitating the "real" starting conditions of the space flight by means of the special technical construction and special effects, the round film panorama, the hall of computer games… besides, at the ground level of the complex one can find auto parking for 1000 places and the supplementary rooms.

      At the 2-nd level (marked as +3 000) one can find the trading complex and the relaxation center (computer games, dancing, fitness center). At the 3-d level (marked as +8 000) you can enjoy the 5-hall cinema theater, second level of the trading center and second level of the relaxation center (casino, night-club). 2, 3 and 4-levels, besides staircases, escalators and elevators, are connected by the special lifts of permanent moving – paternosterns. These are the attracting shows with the revolving air crafts (Su-27, Su-30) in the very center of the composition.

      4-th level (marked as +12 000) is located under the roof of the complex serving as the museum exposition of the national avia and space technologies and scientific research. The composition of the museum part is organized as the artificial park of the "alien" landscapes or the park of 4 elements — earth, water, fire and air.*

      The first zone where the visitor starts his observing the exposition is the pavilion of Earth. Spectators happen to find themselves in a labyrinth of stone quarries, mines and ore deposits. Besides, one find the surface of the Moon, Mars, Mercury and Venus landscapes with the special routes and "park" pavilions leading to the closed part of the exposition, cafes, books and souvenirs stores. In the closed pavilions located within the landscapes one can get acquainted with evolution of human references about space and the Universe, the history of spacemenship and exploration of planets, can visit the computerized educational center, regard the space around the Earth, to face upon the situation onto the earth and geostationary orbits in the lifetime regime… In that vista one can enjoy the models of apparatus and modules at the background of "unearthly" landscapes, the sliced rocket "Progress". The walk is supplied by the special background noise and the artificial vibration.

      The second zone is the pavilion of Air, one volume of the latter is hung into the construction of the ceiling. One can pass by the following zone through the "air tunnel" which is supplied with the artificial wind. Here one can see the air flying technologies, to visit mini-observatory room, planetarium and the model of the orbit station.

      Near to the courtyard you face upon the zone of Water. Part of the floor is made of the ironed transparent glass with the streams of water flowing under. Spectators are circled by the certain screens onto which video rollicks are supplied illustrating the close connection between water and a human being. With assistance of the special minifountains and pulverizing machines one can enter the closest contact with this element stylized by the artificial mist.

      The zone of Fire is the pavilion with bright red - yellowish coloring, sounds of thunder, artificial lightning in the glass sausages, zones of the high temperature. Apotheosis of the fire exposition is the modeled start of a space rocket. Visitors can enjoy various fire storms tearing through the grand glass sausage from the soples of the rocket engine.

      Outside, in the north part of the complex visitors can observe the exposition of rocket technologies under the open sky, such worldknown samples as "Vertical", "Soyuz TM", "Progress", "Proton", "Intercosmos", "Energy", and "Buran" be the brightest illustration to the matter. On the west (from the side of the Svetlanovsky avenue) we observe also the five-hall cinema theater, rooms of which are facing above the main volume of the complex, the buttends of latter being used as the large video screens in the darktime.

      In the nort-eastern part, by the Nauki avenue we are met by the next entrance space which leads to the opened yard of the complex with the lake in the middle. Along the yard, around the lake are scattered various restaurants, bars, cafes. On the roof of the complex, over the opened yard, one can observe a fountain composed of the generators of watery spray ("the atmospheric machines") which allow to create the image of a misty cloud over the lake and the whole complex. The cloud serves a certain screen for the coloring coloring lightning, slide-shows and video installations. The island in the midst of the lake serves the open space for concerts and presentations.

      *For, as any body consists of elements, concretely of warmness(fire), moisture(water),earth and air, in the following vista out of the elements marked above in their natural coexistence all the qualities of the sub-jects are defined and particularly determined. Hitherto, when in any body of that elements warmness predominates it eliminates and destroys by its sparkling fire all the other elements. Such are the destructions by fire coming from certain parts of the heaven, passing through the pores opened in much more consis-tence than it is tolerant towards the body when the elements are varied in their first foremost state. Then, if the moisture covers moreover all veins of a certain body, then other elements are demolished being de-stroyed and evaporated by the humid one, and the whole power of the body is diminished. Same as the natural coexistence of the air or earth elements, being enlarged or diminished, weakens the others…
