The land plot of 504 sq.m. located within the united protected zone of monuments of history and culture of central districts of St. Petersburg has a front looking on to Oranienbaumskaya ulitsa.
The spatial planning concept is based on the town-planning situation in which the site is planned, and the present architectural surroundings. The level of the cornice of the planned building matches the level of the cornice of house no. 20 on Oranienbaumskaya ulitsa, which makes it possible to visually level the front of the building on the street and connect buildings 20, 18, and the planned house into a single composition. The round oriel tower levels the shift of house 16/50 relative to houses 18, 20 and 22 on Oranienbaumskaya ulitsa.
The facades of the building are designed in forms that are characteristic for building on the Petrograd side: a round oriel tower, and the combination of plasterwork and limestone facing.
