The building site is located in the eastern part of a housing block to the north of Novoselov street. The site is confined: to the west and north by residential buildings; to the east by Iskrovsky Prospekt; to the south by a territory provided for a supermarket.

      The shopping center building has four floors, with a basement.
      The main entrance is from Iskrovsky Prospekt. The necessary parking places are located in the basement and in an underground area under the lawn. The building forms a parallelepiped inclined from the lawn of a residential building towards Iskrovsky Prospekt. The total inclined volume of the building serves as the main means of artistic expression. The window apertures are horizontal, stretched, of varying length (depending on the functional requirements of the rooms) with tinted glass.

      The outer walls are lined with metallic panels. On the main facade are stretched horizontal LED displays of various lengths, which serve as advertising spaces for the shopping center.
